Return Policy

Due to the nature of our small business we only offer returns for store credit for the value of the purchase if the item is un used and not damaged within 30 days

Buyer is responsible for return postage and we cover the new item shipping. 

 

Defects

We do our best to never ship out defective products but such is the nature of retail that it happens from time to time. All items that we sell are top quality from the manufacturer. Most items we sell come with a 1 or 2 years manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you feel that an item is defective and needs repair or replacement, call or email us and we will work with you to help resolve the issue in a timely manner.
