Due to the nature of our small business and the delicacy of our products, we cannot offer returns for most items. We will consider all cases individually however, returns or refunds cannot be guaranteed.
Defects
We do our best to never ship out defective products and all items that we sell are top quality from the manufacturer. Most items we sell come with a 1 or 2 years manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you feel that an item is defective and needs repair or replacement, call, email or visit us in-store and we would be happy to assist.
